Shipping and Returns

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped one of three ways:

  • Spee-Dee's Delivery (where available): 2-6 business days
  • UPS ground: 3 - 7 business days
  • United States Postal Service: 2 - 6 business days

If you have not received your order within 10 business days,  please contact us and we will be happy to check on it!


International Shipping

International shipping is typically handled by USPS First Class International Parcels or Priority Mail.  Countries that the tea can currently be shipped to are Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan (Special Blend Indian Love), Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.  

If your country is not listed here please email us at customerservice@nativeamericantea.com.  Please put "country request" as well as the name of the country in the subject line.  We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Rates and charges 

  • Orders will be processed and shipped by USPS or UPS. 
  • Rates are subject to adjustment as shippers' rates may change.
  • Sales tax is charged on your total order cost (including shipping) for orders shipped to an address in South Dakota. 

Return/Refund Policy

  • If there is a problem with your product please contact customersupport@nativeamericantea.com and specify your concern. Pending a review, we will replace/refund your product on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please call or email us. We are a small, family-owned company and we try to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated! :)
